My Vision
I started this clinic from a simple belief: the best time to act is before disease steals your energy and joy. My vision is to use every evidence‑based tool we have to restore health early, not just offer a solution once things are advanced. I also see many people whose tests are “normal” but who still feel exhausted, run down or not themselves. For these patients, there is rarely a single pill. Instead, we work together using lifestyle medicine, functional nutrition and evidence‑based longevity principles to support the whole person and help them feel well again.

Outside the clinic
Away from clinic, I recharge in simple ways. I love gardening and have found real joy in growing vegetables in my own garden. Gentle, regular walks keep me fit enough to enjoy trekking on holidays (yes, I am that person who trains for their trips). I also follow major sports competitions, especially football and Formula 1.
I share practical health education and lifestyle tips on my Instagram patient‑education channel, so patients can keep learning between visits.
